Max is disappointed when he can’t find his dinosaur friends at the museum. They’re on a grand global tour!
His mum suggests he write a note for T. Rex just so he knows Max has been to see him. The next morning Max receives a letter from Rex, written on the back of a map. Its folded over, so you’ll have to open it to see what he’s written.
And that begins a chain of correspondence between Max and his dino-pals.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that T.Rex has excellent writing skills. He has used questions, suggestions and described all his adventures in awesome detail. The letters start and end with great greetings and sign-offs too.
Tomu’s prep class has been learning letter writing this term. He observed that none of the letters has dates and that’s the first item on the letter-writing checklist his teacher taught!
P.S. Don’t you just love postscripts? The postscript is used well in all the letters too!
